#3504 has been removed with excavators.
Anyhow on the following kilometers there are a lot of dangerous trees blocking the river and a lot of shorter and longer portages.

Anfang Mai 2024 ist 50 m nach der Braulins Torbogenbrücke eine eingebaute 0,75 m hohe Stufe freigespült worden. Achtung: gefährlicher Rücklauf (ca 2 - 3 m). Vorher besichtigen!

Der Umbau am Wehr der Pegelmessung ist fertig. Das Wehr wurde durch eine Stufentreppe mit Fischtreppe ersetzt.Der neue Pegel zeigt zwar keine M3, es gilt aber im Moment 654.5müM etwa 30m3./ 654müM etwa 4m3.

Bushwacked down at Rivermap put in. Was okay.
If the middle section is pushy/high the gorge is too high. If the middle section is medium-low it should be good for your first time.
Bring a split paddle. It‘s a remote run.
Mostly IV with some small drops/slides.
If you‘re efficient you can do it in two hours.
Not always boxed in but some mustruns

The best section of the Sessera.
It‘s road side so you can scout from the car and see whether you like it.
1,50 on the gauge felt quite low.

All in all I really cool, a little bit like the middle San Bernardino with some bedrock.
I wouldn’t recommend the section if the gauge is below 1,60.
A big rain fall is necessary for this river to be in.

Blocking trees approx. 1km after entry got cleared. There is still some wood under the water. Might be dangerous for swimmers. Full track is free now.

Da inizio 2024 ad oggi (21 Maggio 2024) il buco è stato impraticabile, chiuso e pericoloso con ogni livello, da 110 a 150. Probabilmente è una questione di detriti, in quanto fino a ottobre 2023 agli stessi livelli era perfetto. Non entrate fino a che i local non faranno sapere che si è sistemato. A partire da 130 metri cubi al secondo fino a 150 metri cubi al secondo si crea una bella onda 15 metri a valle del buco, quella ad oggi è sicura e divertente.

Paddled this at 160cm, medium level for key rapids, low but OK for the in-between stuff. At 160cm, a small gorge section at 2/3 of the run features a strong hole that is not easy to protect, we portaged on the left. Team Nirjhara

Approximately 2km into the run there is a tree. Not easy to see from the waterlevel.

18.05.2024 - 5,4m³ - weniger sollte es nicht sein! Die 4 Stufen auf dem Wiesenstück waren einfach zu fahren. Die Stufen im Schranz werden "eckig" aber gut fahrbar. Häufig Steinkontakt. Keine nenneswerte Baumhindernisse.
