We went from Plaka bridge to cca Dafnoti village on kayak, level was 52 cm (Tzari). It was low water but still runable. Few rapids on the beginning of the route were probably grade 3 at this level, the first one probably worth of scouting (we went with raft company so we didn't need to scout). Calm stretches of water between rapids. Nice views :)
