The X spot (drop) is not there anymore! The dam has been removed and it's a runnable section

Done with 280 and 300cm

There is definitely no maximum on this section. The more water you have, the much fun it is.

Be careful with the dam. The biggest difficulty is the first big rapid after the dam, but at this water level it is possible to take a small channel to avoid it.

We ran it with 280cm on the 11/07/16
I don’t think there is a maximum level for this section, the higher the water level is, the bigger the waves, the smaller the eddies and the more fun you could have. Be careful, in the middle there is a deadly dam indicated by a sign. You can portage it on the right side, there is a big eddy before.
After the dam, the Oetz splits into two arms, we took the small arm on the right.
You can take out on the left or on the right side.

Brunauer Wehr, extremer Rücklauf, unbedingt umtragen
100m davor hat es links und rechts Raft-grosse Kehrwasser die auch bei Pegel 260cm noch existieren.
