Additional information on the waterlevels:
The Gauge Collegats is located in the last kilometer of the 40 km stretch from Llavorsi to Collegats the water needs about 7 hours to travel from Llavorsi to Collegats. Water is released from a dam upstream of Llavorsi and additional water is added from a pipe in Llavorsi. Local raft companies have a contract with the Spanish Electricity company that a daily amount of approx. 15+ cumecs is released. If the dam is not releasing any water, the pipe supplies the needed additional cumecs.
If the dam is not releasing any water, the stretch above Llavorsi is unrunnable. This can be read from the gauge in Escalo (available on the internet). The gauge is collegats. Water reaches Llavorsi around 10:30 and is at the campsite in Sort around 12:30 and around 16:30 at the beginning of the collegats Gorge.
