Activity: Mississippi River Natural and Recreational Corridor

Geographic location: The Corridor extends from the northern to the southern borders of West Tennessee, and from the Mississippi River on the west, across the river valley, to the crest of the Chickasaw bluffs on the east.

Brief activity description: Our mission is to conserve the natural corridor along the Mississippi River in Tennessee while we create ways for people to access, experience, enjoy and learn about the Tennessee stretch of the Great River. With proper planning and implementation, economic development and environmental restoration go hand in hand.
